Job Description: The Sr. Site Installation Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day field execution of mechanical, electrical, and controls installation activities within active operational environments. This position combines hands-on field leadership with supervisory responsibility for labor deployment, production planning, safety, budget awareness, and weekly schedule coordination. The role is intended to be a working supervisor position and highly visible in the field, directly engaged with crews, and actively driving safe and efficient execution of the project.
