The PhotoLab Operations Supervisor is responsible for PhotoLab process efficiencies, PhotoLab financial performance, and team development. This role ensures maintenance is recorded, checklists are followed and software is reviewed and updated to drive sales growth and profitability across the retail network.This is a leadership role requiring someone who develops process efficiencies, mentor PhotoLab teams, and ensure maintenance and efficient workflows to achieve financial objectives and enhance customer shopping experience.
