Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: As the Site Automation Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the automation roadmap at the site level. Reporting to the site technical leader, you’ll: Represent the site in the PF Name global automation group, collaborating with process experts, research centers, and R&D labs. Identify automation opportunities and implement innovative solutions with cross-functional teams. Define and execute the site-level automation strategy, ensuring Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) excellence. Lead investment projects, develop standard processes, and support technology transfers across sites. Build a technical talent pipeline by mentoring and training team members in automation technologies.
