Company Description Established in 2007, the Centre for Work, Organisation and Wellbeing (WOW) has more than 65 core academic and research members and 45 PhD researchers, with research expertise across all areas of workplace research. The centre is formally located in Griffith Business School. Using rigorous, theoretically informed empirical research, centre members continue to bridge the gap between organisational behaviour, wellbeing and workplace research, practice, and policy at local, national and international levels to effect positive change. WOW has three key research themes, of which work and health is one.
