FTE: 1 Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours: 80 Work Shift: Day: 8 hours Job Description: T: The BHS Training Coordinator oversees, coordinates, and promotes the development of training programs within behavioral health services of El Camino Hospital; identifies needs within the community we serve, and participates in the development of therapist training programs that support those needs and hospital strategies. Provides coordination of inquiries and recruitment of therapist trainees for Behavioral Health Services (BHS) training programs that will enhance training program volumes and facilitate assignment of trainees to appropriate BHS programs to enhance patient care and outcomes.
