The HRIS Specialist serves as a technical point of contact for employees and managers on HR systems and processes. This role supports system administration, data integrity, reporting, and process improvement, and partners closely with HR and other stakeholders to ensure accurate , secure, and effective use of HR technology. The position requires hands-on experience with HR data reporting and the ability to write and maintain SQL queries to support business and compliance needs. What You'll Do: - Provide user support for HRIS, including researching and resolving system issues, unexpected results, or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; and recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet business requirements. - Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Train employees and managers on new processes and system functionality; train new system users. - Support the maintenance and data integrity of the HRIS system, including regular audits and validation of HR data. - Write, maintain , and optimize standard and ad hoc reports using HRIS reporting tools and SQL queries to support HR, leadership, and compliance needs. - Use SQL to retrieve, join, and analyze HR...
