An Employment Development Specialists Day can include: - Business Development, Job Placement & Retention - Engage in business development to increase opportunities for Real Futures and to promote economic development in the Region - Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing employers, community, stakeholders and aspirants - Negotiate and secure guaranteed employment positions for Aspirants from a range of employers - Identifying job roles and requirements for guaranteed employment positions - Compile and forward information for Eligibility checks prior to placing aspirant into employment - Assist and prepare aspirant with non-vocational support and skills to commence and maintain suitable employment - Provi...
