Position Summary MAG Aerospace is hiring for a Mid Level - Human Resource Specialist with current SECRET clearance for The Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Joint Program Office (JPO) in Arlington, VA Performs human resources functions in support of a government contract. Coordinates directly with Senior HR and other Back-Office staff a within a joint DoD environment supporting the F35 Joint Program Office. Serves as HR professional in a team working closely with the Manpower Management Lead and FMS Case Managers in establishing and maintaining manpower billets. Maintains the internal Human Resource information system or Applicant Tracking System which is used as a manpower database similar in content and intent as PeopleSoft in support of FMS Team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include, but not limited to: - Develop, coordinate, and manage manpower requirements packages in compliance with federal HR and manpower regulations. - Analyze and provide recommendations on manpower requests, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements. - Serve as a subject matter expert on federal HR and manpower policies, providing guidance and support to leader...
