Schedule: This is a PRN position between 6:00am- 6:00pm Responsibilities: Qualifications: With 15 hospitals, including seven with Magnet designation and eight with Pathways to Excellence designation, our team members are leading the way through excellence. - Morgan Hospital - Bloomington Hospital - Bedford Hospital - Paoli Hospital - This position oversees patient flow from point of entry to destination and ensures timely, accurate and professional services. - This position is responsible for timely and accurate resolution of patient’s accounts. - Responsibilities may include but are not limited to obtaining specific information to generate accurate financial and demographic records, insurance verification, prior authorization, and coordination of benefits. - Communicates with payers and patients to achieve accurate financial information. - Responsible for accurate registration of patients, scheduling recurring appointments, answers incoming calls and directs patient and visitors appropriately. - Participates in operational aspects of the department and maintains performance improvement activities as required. - Participates in all infection control, department equipment training,...
