Job description

Your Responsibilities: - Support the maintenance and updating of project documentation (e.g. project charters, schedules, risks, issues, and action logs) - Track project progress, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with the team to ensure timely delivery - Collaborate closely with finance and project teams to collect and analyze relevant data - Contribute to ensuring adherence to project management standards and best practices within the PMO - Prepare status reports, presentations, and communication materials for stakeholders and management - Actively support change management activities, including training coordination and communication efforts - Maintain project-related data and documentation across relevant tools and systems Your profile: - Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field - Structured and independent working style with a strong sense of ownership - Strong affinity for numbers and interest in finance, projects, and technology - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset - Ability to stay organized and analytical in a dynamic environment...
