About the Role: The Ministry Assistant (Outreach Focus) supports the mission and ministry of the Alice Springs Corps by helping people connect with community, faith and support in a welcoming and relational environment. Working closely with the Corps Officers, you’ll be involved across a range of Salvation Army expressions, including Homelessness Programs, Doorways, The Waterhole and Salvos Stores. This role is hands-on and people-focused. You’ll help create opportunities for individuals to explore faith, participate in small groups, receive pastoral support and engage with the wider Corps community.
