Operation Center Mission Director Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a Mission Director for the 787 Operations Control Center (OCC) based out of Everett, WA . The successful applicant will be part of the Operations Center. The Mission Director oversees day to day activities in the Operations Center and strategizes Boeing support in response to technical issues experienced by our customers and focuses on the day to day missions, identifies escalation requirements and communicates with executive leadership. The successful applicant will have the ability to think outside of the box for solutions, build positive working relationships. The role will require a combination of technical expertise, project management and leadership along with an ability to communicate effectively to team members, internal and external customers and senior management. You’ll manage AOGs and provide technical issue resolution for Boeing aircraft and help improve dispatch reliability.
