Responsibilities: - Manage and administer department functions in specialized division, managing schedules, bandwidths and opportunities while keeping Precon VP and Leadership Team abreast of opportunities, constraints within their market. Once an opportunity is approved, it is the Precon Manager’s role to build the Playbook, define roles and responsibilities, project staffing and monitor takeoff throughout duration to a successful completion.
