Provides oversight and general nursing care and services to persons with disabilities in residential homes, vocational centers and or schools. Responsible for all nursing functions at multiple locations. Relies on knowledge, experience, and judgment with limited direction and supervision to accomplish responsibilities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. - Observe, assess, and evaluate the health needs of the people we support. - Coordinate preventative and routine medical care for people supported. - Document nursing care provided. - Provide clinical supervision or oversight for licensed practical nurses and med techs as deemed necessary. - Assist with educational and training programs for new employees to include planning, conducting, and scheduling in a timely manner...
