Senior Associate, Finance (Billing Specialist)

Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Associate to oversee end‑to‑end billing operations and the collection process. This individual will work closely with the Controller, as well as Client Service and Operations teams, to ensure accurate and timely billing while supporting strong revenue controls. The right candidate brings a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a process‑improvement mindset, with responsibilities that include maintenance of the billing system, internal controls testing, and ongoing efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the function. This role is located in Boston, MA. Primary Responsibilities: - Maintain billing system configuration for all advisory clients - Execute quarterly fee collection process - Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting support for internal stakeholders - Manage accounts receivable activities to resolution - Process any billing adjustments in accordance with firm policies and procedures - Support SOX/internal revenue control testing - Coordinate with internal and external auditors by gathering requested schedules, support, and explanations for billing and revenue activity - Respond to ad-hoc inquiries...
