Company Description Are you an experienced Kitchen Porter looking for one day only during school term? Our 7-3.30 shift every Friday may be just the job for you! You will join an established team at Ashville College, Harrogate. Because we serve lunch for around 900 per day, the job is fast and can be physically demanding. We're easily accessible by car, bus or train from Harrogate or Leeds and we can offer you free parking, free uniform, free meal on duty, free family sports centre membership. £12.71 per hour. Overtime will be available in school holidays should you wish. Job Description: - Accepting & putting away deliveries - Washing up, including dishes, pots and cooking equipment (using a commercial plate washer and some manual pot washing) - Cleaning/ sanitising all back of house areas, including walls, sinks, fryers & ovens - Sweeping & mopping kitchen floors - Emptying bins - Adhering to Food & Health & Safety regulations and completing all relevant training - Working within a team of professional porters Qualifications: - You must be a current resident in the UK and live within easy reach of your place of work.
