Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Call center environment: Inbound calls Outbound calls: Order intake: Billing: Prescription entry: Patient & provider communication: Call volume: ~600 calls/day total 30–50 calls per person/day Training occurs during normal work hours Two shifts (rotate weekly): 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM: Saturday rotation: One Saturday every 4–6 weeks 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Hybrid Work Model: After ONSITE training (approx. 6–8 weeks): Week 1: Remote Week 2: Onsite (Menomonee Falls): Continues alternating weekly: Pay Range: $21.85 - $32.80 Major Responsibilities: - Assists licensed pharmacist in technical duties related to preparation and distribution of medications - Accurately selects, prepares, and labels medications for patients including hazardous drugs and controlled substances - Assists with medication distribution tasks - Screens phone calls and routes as needed using proper telephone and voicemail etiquette - Assists in daily pharmacy procurement, inventory control, and outdate checking - Complete documentation required for removing, stocking, and wasting controlled substances, wher...
