Job Description: Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day warehouse and shop operations and supervising technicians in the performance of assigned technical and administrative tasks. This role executes and monitors daily production schedules, coordinates workflow, and makes real‑time adjustments and work reassignments to ensure operational targets are met. The Production Supervisor serves as a hands‑on, frontline leader who supports employees, enforces safety and quality standards, and communicates operational issues, risks, and opportunities to management.
