Job description

Description The scribe performs medical record documentation and clerical duties to increase provider effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity for improved patient flow and satisfaction. To be considered, your availability must allow for you to work the following shift needs. You must be available for the full duration of the shift time on each shift need listed. (If your schedule does not allow for you to fulfill the shift needs, please reapply at a later time once your schedule is more open). Shift Need #1: Part-Time $16.45/hr - Monday and Wednesday 8am-5pm (Phoenix and Ahwatukee) Shift Need #2: Part-Time Flex $16.95/hr , must be available to work all days Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (Chandler, Phoenix, and Ahwatukee) To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without accommodation.
