Description Job Title: Operations Supervisor: Departments: Operations: Reports To: Value Stream Manager: Pay Range : 60 - 75k _____________________________________________________________________________________ Main Function: Primarily oversees the production, quality, safety, and personnel functions for the designated production team/shift. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Maintains safe work areas by demonstrating safe work practices and behaviors, complying with all applicable safety requirements/procedures, identifying/correcting any safety hazards, and ensuring all employees do the same. 2. Meets periodically with direct reports to ensure that any issues (equipment problems, people issues, raw materials, product issues, quality issues, safety, etc.) are addressed promptly and priorities are clear. 3. Is ultimately responsible for the quality of all parts/products that are produced during the shift. Documents and counsels employees for errors made. Informs all necessary parties of quality issues, including but not limited to the Plant Manager, other Operations Managers, QA/QC Manager, Vice President of Operations and Quality, etc. 4.
