Job Summary The Manager, Engineering/R&D - Low Voltage UL Switchboard / Switchgear will develop and execute the R&D strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends. The Manager will lead and manage a team of engineers and researchers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback; manage R&D budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to maximize ROI; and oversee the planning, development, and execution of R&D projects from concept through commercialization.
