YOUR CHALLENGES: Is responsible and manages the industrial footprint of his perimeter (adaptation to market, make or buy) Defines the program allocation to plants Optimizes the industrial investments of his perimeter (Cost, compliance with standards), challenging all industrial IARs. Is responsible of the make or buy decision with the support of Purchasing.
