What Your Day Will Look Like: As a Supervising Inspector, you will lead construction inspection activities for transportation and infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with project plans, specifications, and contract documents while managing inspection staff and coordinating field operations with contractors and agency personnel. You will serve as the primary field leader, providing technical guidance, resource planning, scheduling, and quality assurance for all inspection activities. What You'll Do: Leadership & Oversight - Supervise, mentor, and support construction inspection staff, ensuring adherence to project standards, procedures, and best practices. - Allocate staff resources and delegate responsibilities based on current and anticipated project needs. - Organize and lead routine field meetings to communicate updates, resolve issues, and maintain project alignment.
