Operations Specialist

Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate and support daily operational activities to meet production and service targets - Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, engineering, and quality - Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management - Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize operations - Ensure compliance with NOV standards, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental), and regulatory requirements - Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) - Troubleshoot operational issues and drive timely resolution - Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and reports - Participate in audits, inspections, and process reviews Coordinate and support daily operational activities to meet production and service targets EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent required JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment at times. - Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers. - Able to multitask and prioritize tasks as need...
