Location: Integrated Services Center Worker Type: Regular Work Shift: Day Shift (United States of America) Pay Range: The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay rate dependent upon experience. $17.50 - $22.50 Position Highlights: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm; 80hrs/2wks. Potential for hybrid work environment. A Brief Overview: Accountable for providing effective customer service to patients, vendors, insurance companies and other medical facilities. What you will do: - Answering phone to respond to all inquiries made by patients, vendors, insurance companies and other medical facilities. - Schedule patient appointments as required via telephone calls and written notification to patients. - Screening and routing patient calls to other departments efficiently, ensuring accurate registration. - Responding to patient’s questions and needs for editing, canceling and re-scheduling appointment as necessary. - Support and maintain a professional business atmosphere.
