Description Position Overview: Under the direction of the Fulfillment Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the parts outbound and inbound inventory duties and functions in accordance with company policies and procedures. Duties include directing and administering the organization’s warehouse management systems, policies, procedures, and initiatives. Responsibilities: Parts and Inbound Inventory: · Responsible for the daily operation of the parts and inbound inventory functions and task assignment · Responsible for the accuracy of inventory. · Oversee the receiving process and put away of merchandise and keep accurate documentation · Label and verify each inbound shipment and check all items for accuracy and in a timely matter · Notify manager when discrepancies occur, over-shipments or substitutions have been made · Follow the goals, objectives and procedures set by the company to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency in improving the operations · Train and mentor associates · Strong written and oral communication skills; attention to detail, prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking Maintain Work Practices: · Maintain work environment to 5S st...
