What's the role? We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Last Meter team, a group of 5 talented engineers solving some of the most challenging problems in logistics optimization. In this role, you'll balance technical leadership with people management, serving as the bridge between engineering excellence and product strategy. You'll be responsible for building a high-performing team while maintaining hands-on involvement in critical technical decisions, particularly around ML systems, location intelligence, and data infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to shape both the technical direction and team culture of a product that directly impacts how goods move through the world. What You'll Do: Lead and grow a team of 5 engineers, focusing on career development, performance management, and creating a healthy, inclusive team environment.
