Relocation available for candidates who meet all conditions. Hours: 07:00 am - 17:00 pm with on call, rotation 7 on and 7 off. The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
