This role demands the mindset and mission-focus of a senior enlisted operational asset or senior NCO—someone who leads from the front, meets the demands of the job, requires little oversight, adapts without complaint, and pursues the objective with resolve and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be a trusted force multiplier, equally comfortable in strategic planning sessions and tactical engagements, with credibility and the ability to properly engage senior military officers, staff planners, and operational leaders across the joint force.
