Shift: Days Job type: Full Time: Job Summary: Under the direction of the Cardiologist, Radiologist, Surgeon, or Director-CVS provides nursing support and nursing processes including patient assessment and intervention during Invasive Interventional Radiology and invasive Cardiac Cath Lab procedures. Provides direct patient care during the pre-procedural, intra-procedural, and post-procedural phases. Performs, and is responsible for a variety of nursing functions within the Cardiovascular Services (CVS) Department including invasive and non-invasive cardiology; and patient holding areas. Other duties as required. - Ability to read, write, hear and verbally communicate in English to the degree required to perform the job. - Satisfactory completion of a formal Registered Nursing program as approved by the California Board of Registered Nurses. - Current State of California Registered Nurse License in Active status. - Current BLS certification; current ACLS certification. - Two (2) years minimum, recent experience (within previous 3 years) as an Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab RN / or Interventional Radiology RN with hemodynamic monitoring experience preferred; or Two (2) years minimum...
