DATTCO has a full-time opening for a Dispatcher in our Coach & Tour Division. DATTCO was founded in 1924 and entered the motor coach charter business in 1964 with the New York World’s Fair. Primary Responsibilities: - Work with supervisors to ensure on-time departure of all vehicles - Check-in drivers as they report to work including reviewing uniforms and providing work tickets - Providing information regarding Coach & Tour Division operations to customers and other staff - Utilizing GPS and dispatching software to monitor operations of routes for accuracy - Working with drivers and other staff to address service issues/failures in a timely manner - Review driver itineraries for accuracy and address driver questions/concerns prom...
