The Role: As Revenue Operations Associate (Marketing Operations focus), you will own the day-to-day operational engine that powers Hadean's go-to-market motion. You'll be the dedicated owner of our marketing operations, making sure our HubSpot environment, lead routing, attribution, reporting and event execution all run on a consistent, well-documented playbook. You understand how marketing and sales operations connect, and you know how to take a function that is currently distributed across multiple owners and turn it into a reliable, scalable system.
