As a Job Captain, you'll partner with clients, design leaders, project managers, and interdisciplinary teams to help bring visionary concepts to reality. Your Role: As a Job Captain at CJ+C, you will play a key role in the development and documentation of design across multiple project phases. Working closely with project leaders and interdisciplinary teams, you will contribute technical expertise and organizational leadership to support the successful delivery of complex projects, particularly high-rise mixed-use and residential buildings. With 2–10 years of experience, you bring a strong understanding of building systems, documentation processes, and code requirements while helping guide coordination between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
