Job description

Provide infrastructure support for Virtual Server data center environment (90% Windows, 10% Linux) including VDI, web, application, and database servers for the enterprise. Design, develop, document, analyze, create, test or modify computer systems or programs. Administer Office365 Cloud applications. Administer licensing and software maintenance activities to ensure compliance, patching, and security. Manage backup and recovery utilities and testing. Perform trouble ticket resolution within defined SLAs and documented procedures. Participate in on-call rotation for critical support escalations outside of core hours. Responsibilities: - Administer and support operating systems and related software. Assist in installing and maintaining infrastructure services such as VDI, print services, communications, application, web and database servers. Monitor and administer system backups and perform data and server recoveries as requested. Appropriately manage security access controls and respond appropriately to all cybersecurity threats and incidents. - Participate in team and department level projects as required.
