QualificationsUnder general supervision of the Player Rewards Supervisor, Player Rewards Staff support the casino’s loyalty and promotions program by engaging with guests, distributing gifts and promotional items, and ensuring a positive and seamless rewards experience. This role focuses on customer service, accuracy, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all players. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
