Job Summary: The Customer Engagement and Experience (CE&E) Quality Assurance Auditor II is responsible for monitoring and actively influencing the Contact Center (CC) team’s quality performance, ensuring that the quality requirements in place are fulfilled and the goals are consistently achieved.
