Job Description Fugro is seeking a senior Head of Product to lead one of its most strategically important digital platform businesses. Based in Nootdorp, the Netherlands, this is a high‑impact role for a product leader who wants to build, scale, and commercialise platforms with real‑world impact. If you are a product leader who wants clear ownership, genuine decision rights, and responsibility for results rather than just roadmap delivery, this role is designed for you. You will lead a unified product group across ROAMES and PaaS, balancing platform maturity, operational reliability, and global commercial scale. A core part of this role is owning the complete product lifecycle through adoption and outcomes. The global product support team will report into you, which means you will own Customer Success as a product capability, not as a separate function.
