Join us on our journey to empower over a million people to change their behaviours and thrive!: At Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier. It’s a really exciting time to join us as we continue to deliver the Heathier You NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP) throughout North-West London and we’re looking for passionate health coaches (or Diabetes Prevention Practitioners) who are fluent in Gujarati or Bengali to join us as part of our bank team, to primarily support our South Asian Community! The purpose of a health coach is to improve lives, through empowering people to make effective long-term changes that halt or reverse the progression of Type 2 Diabetes. This is achieved through successfully delivering our quality programmes and providing evidence-based information, supporting individuals to improve their health, lose weight and ultimately lower their risk of developing diabetes.: Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging.
