Education & Events Coordinator Scandinavia (Maternity Leave Cover)

Job description

Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic coordinator supporting the events and education development of the Ormco business activities in Scandinavia and primarily overseeing the coordination of all educational events and congresses and supporting 30% of the time on marketing activities. Coordinator of the end-to-end management of all internal and external (customer-facing) educational activities such as in-person or online events, local sales meetings and congresses that happen within your territory. You will be responsible for: - Management of the local budget. - Maintenance and planning of the region’s calendar - Go-to person for all Scandinavian event & marketing related matters - Responsible for Pre- and Post-Event Operations, such as venue organization and coordination, registrations, customer communication and materials to be delivered and returned. - Collaborating in the contacting, booking and communication with Key Experts for the region’s calendar. - Responsible for Event Administration through approved Event Management System - Responsible for Participant Administration, utilizing CRM for tracking events and opportunities and uploading external participant lists. -...
