Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 9 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social). - Experience working on various marketing channels (social, digital, OOH, experiential, etc.). - Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, including experience influencing team members and senior executives. Preferred qualifications: - Experience developing go-to-market strategies and interpreting consumer behavior data to optimize global integrated campaigns and always-on social content. - Experience working closely with in-house and agency creative teams, clearly defining problems and crafting actionable briefs. - Deep understanding of Google’s brand and how to connect with Gen Z audiences across all channels. - Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to drive internal alignment using data, insights, and emotional arcs. - Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
