Position Purpose: The store planners role is to create and maintain store specific floor plans to support major corporate initiatives. Floor plans are developed based on an evaluation of each store's existing condition compared to the approved scope of work. Store specific scope development should include an implementation of approved scope items, new store merchandising philosophies, and chain-wide resets. Key Responsibilities: - 10% Owns the accuracy of all store planning data for assigned areas; Conduct analytics leveraging Store Planning related information to support improved business process and decisions. - 75% Ensure integrity of store project floor plans and data in relation to what has been planned and executed; Makes departmental and store merchandising recommendations, including space allocation and bay adjacencies based on store sales performance analysis; Develop multiple store layout projects simultaneously while adhering to project scope, timelines and quality metrics; Develops supporting documentation to support implementation of projects; Comply with all building regulations...
