Job Description: To lead the establishment and delivery of the contract management function across a major health programme, supporting the award and administration of NEC4 ECC contracts under the H2A Alliance. This includes standing up systems, processes, and governance structures, supporting NHS Trusts through contract formation, and developing a robust performance regime aligned to programme objectives.
