Field Service Engineer

Job description

In this varied and highly responsible position, your technical expertise is required to ensure the optimal performance of our advanced pharmaceutical machinery and equipment at customer sites worldwide. A key focus of this role is the professional execution and documentation of GMP‑compliant qualification and calibration activities. Your role in our team: - Independent execution of installation, commissioning, maintenance, inspection and repair work on our pharmaceutical equipment - Troubleshooting and analysis of electrical, electronic and mechatronic components - Implementation of technical adjustments and modifications according to internal specifications - Execution, evaluation and documentation of qualifications and calibrations on our pharmaceutical systems - Calibration of key measurement parameters - Verification of measurement results according to defined tolerances and documentation of deviations (OOT/OOS) - Initiation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions - GMP-compliant preparation of calibration protocols, service reports and technical documentation - Support during qualification procedures (e.g. IQ/OQ) - Technical support during customer and regulato...
