Penryn Primary Academy is a member of Aspire Multi Academy Trust. The Aspire Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust comprising 36 primary academies, and 20 nurseries, across Cornwall. We are looking to appoint a full time, permanent teacher for our Area Resource Base which caters for thirteen children (aged from 4-11) with severe and complex learning needs including ASD, speech and language difficulties, physical disabilities and global development delay. This is due to the expansion of our outstanding provision. The ARB is an integral part of our two-form entry school and sits in the heart of our junior site. Our children integrate into mainstream where appropriate. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the teaching and learning within the ARB on a day-to-day basis, as well as managing and developing the highly skilled support team, which consists of two HLTAs and several Teaching Assistants.
