Wellness Nurse ~ LPN Full-time Pay Rate: $40.00: Non-exempt Schedule: Sunday - Thursday ~ 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Bonus Pay Out - 4 payments of $1,000 at 90 days, 180 days, 270 days, and 360 days.
