Responsibilities: - Assist in managing daily property operations and tenant communications. - Support leasing processes, inspections, and maintenance coordination. - Maintain accurate records, reports, and CRM updates. - Resolve basic tenant queries and escalate issues when required. - Build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams. - Learn compliance requirements, leasing documents, and property management systems. - Support financial tasks such as rent tracking, arrears follow-up, and invoice processing. - Contribute to client service excellence and portfolio performance. - Attend training sessions, shadow senior mana...
