Title and Summary: Director, HR Process Architecture & Improvement The Director, HR Process Architecture & Improvement shapes global HR standards and architects scalable, future ready HR processes. This role enables Experience Owners (COEs) to design and deliver effective, integrated solutions across the employee lifecycle via end-to-end process architecture, governance and cross-process interdependencies.
