Network Implementation Engineer, Prod Capacity

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or Telecom Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of experience in DWDM or TCP/IP or system design operations methodology. - Experience working with field operation technicians, engineers, contractors, or vendors in a telecommunications environment. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Layer 1 optical transmission systems, Layer 3 routing TCP/IP, network design, or operations. - Experience in troubleshooting of DWDM systems, topology, and architecture. - Experience in network transport design and infrastructure. - Experience with workflow automation. - Knowledge of fiber types, physical characteristics, and standard testing tools (e.g., OSA, BERT, OTDR).
