A Day in the Life: The Vice President Operations Excellence is responsible for developing and driving operational processes and efficiencies across North America Operations (NA Ops). This role drives strategic initiatives, optimizes organization-wide workflows, provides innovative solutions and tools, and develops and deploys best practices. The Vice President is a key collaborator in the organization and building meaningful partnerships across Finance, Technology, Product, and Fleet to maximize scalable solutions. This role develops and leads a high-performing team to drive organizational effectiveness by utilizing data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and strong organizational knowledge. What You’ll Do: Assess operational processes, develop data-driven recommendations for improvements, and lead optimization efforts.
