As a Quality Assurance Specialist within PNC's Technology organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Phoenix AZ or Dallas TX. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Qualifications (Must-Haves): Experience: 3–5+ years (preferred) in software quality assurance. Process & Tools: Jira, Agile methodologies; strong documentation and communication skills. Communication & Documentation: Must be able to communicate across technical and non-technical channels – both spoken and in writing. Adaptability: Ideal candidate will keep pace with changing technology standards Nice-to-Haves: Workday: Experience testing Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors) and business end-to-end processes.
